Tom Epstein

Tom Epstein joined Levine Builders in 1987 has more than 35 years of construction experience. As a Project Executive, Mr. Epstein has been responsible for overseeing some of the largest and most complex Levine Builders construction projects.

Mr. Epstein’s prior experience as a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager along with his present role as Project Executive gives him the knowledge and confidence to navigate difficulties encountered during a project’s construction lifecycle from pre-construction to Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Epstein holds his B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook.
