Marissa Privilegi is Vice President and Operations Manager at Levine Builders.  She joined Levine Builders in June of 1996 as a project administrator.  Mrs. Privilegi directly reports to both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer acting as the bridge to both the project management and accounting departments. She is responsible for daily operations management, developing workflows and standard operating procedures to formulate strategic and operational objectives. This includes implementation of softwares, staff development and training.  In addition, Mrs. Privilegi spearheads special business projects, contractual review of pre-construction and construction agreements.

Mrs. Privilegi holds an AAS in Business Administration and Management as well as a Construction Management Certification from New York University.  She currently serves on The Douglaston Companies 401k Retirement Plan and the Executive Benefits Committees.
