Matthew Trotta is a Project Executive at Levine Builders. In his role, Mr. Trotta focuses on preservation & rehabilitation. Mr. Trotta joined the company in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of affordable housing experience, including extensive experience with Moderate, Substantial, and Tenant in Place Rehabilitation, as well as new construction projects.

Mr. Trotta is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers, Administrators, and Superintendents. Mr. Trotta works directly with state and local agencies, project developers, lending agents, consultants, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and building management during the full construction lifecycle of each project.

Mr. Trotta holds a B.A. from The City University of New York at Queens College.
