Alexander Sideris is a Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders, currently working on the preservation of NYCHA Sack Wern Houses in The Bronx. In his role, Mr. Sideris manages all aspects of project execution, including subcontractor bidding, budgeting, and coordination with City and State agencies. His role also encompasses project scheduling, liaising with the developer, overseeing personnel, and reviewing requisitions.

Prior to joining Levine Builders, Mr. Sideris worked on luxury residential renovations and high-end office and retail buildouts. As a DOB-licensed superintendent, he managed projects for clients including Deloitte, BBC Studios, Sweetgreen, and Eataly.
