Vice President of Administration
Marissa Privilegi joined Levine Builders in June 1996 and has 30 years of construction administrative experience. Mrs. Privilegi manages the overall daily office operations including supervision of the construction administrative staff and oversight for both payroll and human resources. Mrs. Privilegi serves on the Trustee Committee for the company 401k Profit Sharing Plan as well as Administration of the Plan.
Prior to joining Levine Builders, Mrs. Privilegi worked as Office Manager at E.W Howell Construction Group for 9 years and reported directly to the Vice President. She was responsible for daily office operations, negotiating vendor contracts, and developing and overseeing all standard operating procedures. Mrs. Privilegi holds an AAS in Business Administration and Management from CUNY Kingsborough, as well as Construction Management Certification from NYU.
