A Neighborhood Transformed

This 50-story residential tower is located across from the Empire State Building and dramatically changed the landscape of the Midtown neighborhood into a premier residential destination. The project was created through a partnership with Continental Properties and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group with interior design by Andi Pepper. The building is home to a distinct common area with a two-story lobby, bamboo forest, water wall, oak panel ceiling with LED lighting and custom made chandelier. The 250-unit luxury building includes 6,000 square feet of retail space and two levels of ground level parking as well as a 7,000-square-foot landscaped plaza. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows and state of the art appliances and finishes. The penthouses are distinguished with 20-foot double-height living rooms and gas fireplaces. Building amenities include a children’s playroom, 24-hour concierge and the Fifth Avenue Club, which features an indoor pool, fitness center, screening room, and lounge.
