David Carasso is a Vice President, Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders, where he brings extensive experience overseeing complex construction projects across the company’s portfolio. Throughout his 20-year tenure with Levine Builders, Mr. Carasso has led the construction of market-rate developments, as well as ground-up affordable housing and rehabilitation projects. His expertise spans all phases of construction, from preconstruction and planning through project completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

Mr. Carasso holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Syracuse University.
