Warren Dodge is a Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders. Mr. Dodge joined the company in 2024 and leads all preconstruction and construction efforts for the Sparrow Square development. In his role, Mr. Dodge works with the estimating and design consultants to determine trade scopes, determines the project schedule, identifies key milestones, and works alongside the Project Executive to coordinate trade bids and final buyouts.  

Mr. Dodge brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role, including extensive field experience on both ground-up and build-out of residential, medical, and commercial projects.  

In addition to 40-hour OSHA certification, Mr. Dodge attended both Nassau Community College and Pace University’s extension program.
